A multisite, award-winning sourdough bakery in Bristol crafting delicious baked goods from high quality ingredients that care about you and the planet. We champion sustainability with 52 solar panels in Redfield and 14 in Bedminster, regenerative flours, electric delivery vehicles, ethically sourced coffee, high-welfare meats, and a 90% UK, 10% EU sourcing policy — proudly Bristol's only organically certified bakery for bread.
